I will be the guest speaker at the Evanston Interfaith Clergy and Leaders lunch on April 12 at noon. It will be held at the Jewish Reconstructionist Congregation on Dodge at the request of Rabbi Andrea of Beth Emet Synagogue. AETC is committed to using theater as the vehicle to talk about difficult issues. The topic will be, “Diversity, Equity, and Theater…a Social Justice Conversation”. I look forward to the opportunity to share with the religious leaders of Evanston. It is my belief that social justice issues are rooted in the love and forgiveness doctrines that are the backbone of major religions. There is no social justice without the moral authority that these groups speak to.
